Important Note:

All custom thumbnail orders (and other work) are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of these designs, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you provide clear instructions and review your design carefully before submitting your order. 

 

All Custom Work: 

To confirm your custom order, a 25% deposit is required upfront. This amount will be deducted from your total balance. Please note that the remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, prior to the removal of watermarks and release of the final digital files.
